SHIPPING POLICY

We know that you would rather have your purchase sooner than later, so we ship every order as fast as possible. We try our best to ship most of our packages by FedEx Ground the same business day if checkout is completed by 2:00PM EST (servers require one business day to build). On many items we offer multiple shipping options in addition to the standard ground shipping. 

RUSH DELIVERY

On many parts and some servers we offer emergency overnight shipping. Contact us if you need this service.

RETURNS POLICY

We have built our business and work hard to earn your positive feedback. If at any time you are not satisfied, please contact us first before leaving feedback. We want you to be satisfied.

WARRANTY

Most products are warrantied for 180 days from the date of shipment against defective arrival. Any Defective or DOA product must be reported within their warranty period. Each product is tested and is in working condition when it is shipped. Unfortunately on rare occasions, damages may occur during shipment. If this happens, don't worry, we will stand behind our products! We reserve the right to provide either a replacement product or refund if the product is found to be defective. No returns will be processed after the warranty period is over.

RESTOCKING FEE

We cannot guarantee compatibility with your equipment or software. If you have any doubts, or more information is needed, please visit the manufacturer's website. There is a 15% restocking fee for returning a non-defective item.
