We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of shipment on all our products. This means that if you encounter any issues with your purchase within this timeframe, you can return it for a refund or exchange.

Restock Fee

While we strive to provide the best customer service, there are costs associated with processing returns. Therefore, a 20% restock fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all eligible returns.

Eligibility

In order to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when it was received.
  • The return must be initiated within the 30-day warranty period.
  • A return authorization number must be obtained from our customer service team before sending the item back.

How to Initiate a Return

If you would like to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization number.
  2. Once you have received the return authorization number, securely package the item and include the number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
