WARRANTY
Most products are warrantied for one year from the date of shipment against defective arrival. Any Defective or DOA product must be reported within their warranty period. Each product is tested and is in working condition when it is shipped. Unfortunately on rare occasions, damages may occur during shipment. If this happens, don't worry, we will stand behind our products! We reserve the right to provide either a replacement product or refund if the product is found to be defective. No returns will be processed after the warranty period is over.
RESTOCKING FEE
We cannot guarantee compatibility with your equipment or software. If you have any doubts, or more information is needed, please visit the manufacturer's website. There is a 15% restocking fee for returning a non-defective item.
