If your server arrives DOA or malfunctions during the warranty period, simply complete the RMA Request Form using the provided link. How to Return Your Purchase

For Products Under Warranty:

  1. Contact our support team with a description of the issue.
  2. Our team will guide you through remote troubleshooting steps.
  3. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we’ll provide an RMA number to facilitate the return of the defective product.

For Items Damaged During Shipping:

  • Inspect your delivery upon arrival for any signs of damage.
  • Notify us within three (3) business days of receipt if you find damage.
  • Returns requested after three days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

For General Returns:

  • Notify us within 15 business days if you wish to return a product for reasons unrelated to warranty or shipping damage.
