If your server arrives DOA or malfunctions during the warranty period, simply complete the RMA Request Form using the provided link. How to Return Your Purchase
For Products Under Warranty:
- Contact our support team with a description of the issue.
- Our team will guide you through remote troubleshooting steps.
- If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we’ll provide an RMA number to facilitate the return of the defective product.
For Items Damaged During Shipping:
- Inspect your delivery upon arrival for any signs of damage.
- Notify us within three (3) business days of receipt if you find damage.
- Returns requested after three days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
For General Returns:
- Notify us within 15 business days if you wish to return a product for reasons unrelated to warranty or shipping damage.
